It’s the nature of today that the most ambitious thing that we have done is come to the definitive conclusion that the Principe Limón cookies produced in Mexico are superior to those made in Guatemala. The cookie has an egg glaze and a distinctly snappier mouth-feel; while the mousse has a more pronounced lime flavor that pairs better with coffee. In every respect, it’s the superior cookie. Should you be faced with a choice, you’ll know which to buy. And on that note, please don’t say we haven’t made the world a better place today.
